Hi, I'm Tim Magoon.
I'm the VP of Operations for a large residential roofing contractor across New England. I've spent more than 20 years on roofs and leading the people who work on them. I live in Simsbury, CT, with my fiancée Ashley and our two dogs.

What I bring to your roof
Craftsmanship I learned from Jack
I learned the trade on slate roofs under Jack, who was "a true class act. Soft spoken but carried a big hammer." He taught me to make every detail right, even the ones you can't see from the ground.
20+ years, laborer to VP
I started as a general laborer. Since then I've been a foreman and a safety supervisor, worked every other job there is, and helped build a company "from a garage to a multi-million-dollar commercial roofing company."
Honest, and sober since 8-8-18
I'm in recovery from addiction. My first full day sober was 8-8-18. Recovery taught me to own my mistakes and tell the truth, and I bring that to every customer.
Do the right thing, even when no one is looking
I've had big wins and some hard falls, from a broken ankle on a slate roof to my lowest point in addiction. Then one day I pulled into my Nana's driveway, and that's where things started to turn around. This is the honest version of how I got here.
